Meet Chad Stencel

Nurse Practitioner | Founder, CBC Institute
Chad’s path to healthcare began in frontline service as a police officer and paramedic, including being the first paramedic on scene at the 35W bridge collapse.

He went on to earn his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Simmons University and built his career at Mayo Clinic, specializing in internal medicine and cardiology.

Chad later became an Instructor of Medicine at Mayo Medical School and is a nationally recognized author with multiple peer-reviewed publications in The Journal for Nurse Practitioners.

Meet Suzy Wraines

Business Coach | Founder, CBC Institute
Suzy's foundation was built in the Army Medical Corps. and Veterinary Medicine.

That experience carried her through decades into work she was built for, helping healthcare and wellness professionals find their way out of systems that no longer serve them.

She understands both the practical and emotional weight of leaving traditional healthcare and knows how to help people build something sustainable on the other side.
